People, who follow me on Twitter, already know about new plugin for Sonar developed by me. Meet – Sonar SCM Activity Plugin.
Of course you can use something like “svn blame” or another similar command to see person who commited some code with violations. But now by using Sonar SCM Activity Plugin you can see similar information directly from Sonar. Also plugin provides some metrics for you: date of last commit and revision number.
Currently plugin supports only Subversion and Git by using my extension for Maven SCM. In future I plan to add support for CVS, Mercurial and Bazaar and add additional metrics like number of commits during some period of time. If you have other interesting ideas for this plugin, you can create ticket in Jira or discuss it with me directly.
